Set in a quiet avenue location on the hillside, it commands magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. The three terraces attract the sun from dawn until dusk. The roman-style private swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m) is fully enclosed and surrounded by a sun terrace; there is also a built-in gas Weber barbecue.
The villa is equipped to accommodate 6 people. The villa is has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, which both have air conditioning. In addition, there is 1 single bedroom without air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms, 1 being ensuite.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, which has recently been modernised.
Additional features include digital satellite television with UK television,including BBC and ITV, washing machine and a wood-burning stove, plus electric heating in the lounge and dinning room which is ideal for winter tenancies.
A cot and a highchair are available on request.
